Preparing to film!

 Hey there, just checking in! Today, our group dove into prepping for filming by researching the supplies we'll need, like props and tools for different scenes. First up, I looked into costumes since I'll be playing the detective role. Turns out, detectives don't wear uniforms like officers; instead, they usually go for suits or formal wear. Good news is, I've got some formal shirts and pants that'll work perfectly. Then, we discussed filming tools. Since pro cameras were out of our budget, we're using a groupmate's iPhone, which has a decent camera. But we still needed stability gear, so we're getting a tripod stand and a gimbal stabilizer for those moving shots. The stabilizer was a bit pricey, but I found a cheaper option online. Next, we brainstormed props for the scenes. We'll definitely need biodegradable white paint or tape for outlines, and we're considering red paint for blood, though we're not set on that yet. Title Research: Terrifier 2

For this blog, we researched the film, "Terrifier 2" on the website Art of the Title :  https://www.artofthetitle.com/ What titles are displayed during the opening sequences?   At the beginning of the opening scene, there is a big title that says, " Terrifier 2" with red letters for " terrifies" and the 2 was behind it but it was outlined. This was displayed after a quick seen of a brutal scene involving someone being murdered. The titles that were shown are for example the actors, who it was produced by, and who directed the film. What images are prioritized in the opening sequence?   The image that are prioritized in the opening sequence is that it showed many images of a girl who was making an angel costume. It gave a very calm feeling to those watching and she was making her costume by hand. Production Blog #1

          Hello I begin with my Project/ commercial with choosing an editing software and something to create my commercial. I chose cap cut to do my commercial blog. Through some research I have understood that an all about me commercials are  supposed to show my personality's, interests, and skills through visuals. I conducted some first day shots by taking some phots of me fishing and me by the water as I enjoy fishing and is one of my hobbies. I then add it to my cap cut editing soft ware and begin to crop adjust clip sizes and start to look for music. I look into voice overs of my blog but then just go with music for the sound. Next blog, I look forward to taking more pictures and figuring out a good sound for my all about me video. Over and out blog until next time
